View Weekly Reports for Exit Tickets

Teachers receive a Weekly Report for each class where Exit Tickets were used in the past 5 school days. These reports are automatically sent to the email linked to your Feedback Forward account, and you can access them anytime in the app.

Where to Find Weekly Reports in Feedback Forward

1. Log into your Feedback Forward account.

2. From the left-side menu, go to the Exit Tickets page.

3. At the top of the page, click the Weekly Reports tab.
   

4. Here, you will see reports for the most recent week at the top of the page, and all reports in all classes. Click any report to view it.

What’s in a Weekly Report?

Weekly Reports include:

• Data insights on student performance and experience across the week

• Summaries of feedback provided by students on engagement opportunities and challenge level of class

• Flags for support, helping you identify students who may need follow-up

These reports are designed to help you adapt future lessons based on student mastery and classroom experience, and quickly identify students who need more support.
