Setting Up Classes & Students

Add Students to Feedback Forward

Before you can assign exit tickets using Feedback Forward, you will need to create a class and add students to your class. You can import classes and students through Clever or Google Classroom, or you can manually add students with these instructions.

There are two ways to manually add students to classes in Feedback Forward.

Option 1: Add an individual student

  1. Click “Students” on the left side menu of any Feedback Forward page.
  2. Click “Add Student” in the top right.
  3. Select the class to which you want to add students. You will not be able to add students until you select a class.
  4. Enter the first name, last name, an optional grade level, and an optional email for the student. Students will not be notified upon creating the account. Click “Add Row” to add more than one student to this class at a time.
  5. When you are done adding student names, click “Save” in the bottom right corner.
  6. To edit the student’s information, remove them from all classes, or view their Fast Feedback trends click the three dots to the far right of a student.

Option 2: Add students directly to a class
