Where to Find Mastery by Standard in Feedback Forward

  2. Select Results by Standard from the left menu
  3. This page shows student performance on exit ticket mastery questions, organized by standard, across the whole school.

What You’ll See

The Results by Standard table displays automatically with a school-wide data overview. These results will change based on any selected filters, such as a teacher, class, grade level, date range, or standard set.

  • Average Student Mastery
    • The average mastery score across all selected students and standards, based on the current filters.
  • Students Needing Support
    • Students with an average mastery score of 59% or lower across all selected standards. These students may benefit from individual intervention. Click “Show More” in the bottom right to view the full list.
  • Standards to Reteach (click “Standards to Reteach” to view)
    • Standards with an average mastery score of 59% or lower across all selected students. These standards may benefit from school-wide intervention. Click “Show More” in the bottom right to view the full list.
    • Hover over the standard name to see the standard description.
  • Average Mastery by Grade Level
    • The average mastery score across all selected students and standards by grade level, based on the current filters.

Filter to view the Standards Results by Student Table

To see granular data, apply filters to reveal the Standards Results by Student table.

Two ways to filter:

  1. Click Select Filter in the empty Standards Results by Student section.

    • A window will pop up with dropdown menus where you can filter by teacher, class, standard set, and grade level. You can select as many filters as you want.
      • Note: click Show Results to view chosen filters
  2. Use the filter bar at the top of the page
    • Search bar: Select specific class, teacher,  and/or standard sets
    • Filters dropdown: class, teacher, standard set, and/or grade level
    • Note: click Show Results to view chosen filters

Once filtered, you’ll see individual student performance across the whole school based on your filters. For example, if you filtered by a teacher you will see individual student performance across all classes taught by that teacher. Or if you filtered by grade level you will see individual student performance across that grade.

  • Each column displays a standard used in at least one exit ticket based on your filters.
  • Each row displays a student enrolled in classes based on your filters.
  • The cells show individual mastery per standard. If a cell has no data, then the student was not assessed on that standard in the selected date range.
  • Second row: Average for each standard across all students based on your filters.
  • Second column: Each student’s average across all selected standards.

View standards to reteach only: Toggle “Standards to Reteach” above the table to only view standards with an average of 59% or lower. This will turn blue when activated.
