Create and Edit Exit Tickets
Creating Exit Tickets in Feedback Forward is quick and flexible. Follow the steps below to get started and make updates to tickets at anytime.
Create an Exit Ticket

Go to the Exit Tickets page using the left-side menu in Feedback Forward.

Click Create Exit Ticket in the top-right corner.

Fill in the basic information:

Date the Exit Ticket will be used

Class it’s for
-
Open Time: When students can begin responding
-
Close Time: When responses are no longer accepted
After the close time, students who completed the ticket can view their results, including correct answers to mastery questions.
You can update open/close times at any point and even reopen a closed ticket.

Click Continue to go to the Customize Exit Ticket page, where you can:

Edit ticket info by clicking the pencil icon in the top-left corner

View your school’s questions (these appear on all tickets and cannot be edited)

Add up to 10 Mastery Questions

When you’re done, click Save Exit Ticket in the top-right corner.
Editing an Exit Ticket

On the Exit Tickets page, find and click the ticket you want to update.

This opens the Exit Ticket Summary view.

To edit:

Click the pencil next to the title to update basic information

Click Edit Questions to return to the Customize page and adjust Mastery Questions

After editing, save your changes and you’re ready to share it with students!
